Explore our work in progress. At Architecture Counsel (ACi), each project is shaped by a thoughtful, creative response to our clients’ history, values, program, and context.
Currently under construction, ACi redesigned a traditional Toronto row house to enhance comfort for its occupants, enabling the multi-generational family to stay in their home. The design accommodates the needs of family members who are becoming more physically dependent while also supporting the younger generation as they gain independence.

As part of the concept design for a new field house at an Ontario college, ACi was inspired by the Anishnaabe story of the Seven Grandfather Teachings to create seven moments in the landscape based on the lessons of wisdom, truth, humility, bravery, love, respect, and honesty. The overall design includes the field house, an outdoor classroom/event space, and areas for recreational activities.

A leading Ontario college planned to construct a new flagship building designed to solidify its status as a global destination. Architecture Counsel, in joint venture with MTA, proposed a new centre that will serve as a hub, connecting academia with the community and industry.
